Why Coaching?

Do you feel stuck, or like you have more to offer the world? Perhaps you're stuck in a job you've outgrown, a relationship that no longer serves you or you're lacking in confidence to live the life you want to? I combine psychological insight with practical strategies to help people like you move forward and reach your full potential.

What is Coaching?

I offer therapy informed coaching, which means that I am able to use many years' experience as a counsellor combined with my skills as a coach to help you deal with the issues that are causing you difficulties in life. Coaching is forward focussed and we will identify the changes that you want to make, set goals and work towards them together.
 

Do you ever find yourself thinking there must be more to life, or frustrated that you've found yourself living a life that isn't really what you dreamt of? Perhaps you've been swept along by society's expectations and hadn't even realised there were alternative options out there.

No clichés or motivational fluff - just clarity, courage, and conscious choice. If you’re facing a big life decision, or quietly questioning one you’ve already made, I offer private therapeutic coaching, intensives, and structured programmes designed to create clarity without panic.

The number of sessions we have isn't limited so you can access this type of support for as long as it is helpful. Coaching sessions are often 90mins-2hrs, but we can discuss and arrange shorter/longer sessions to suit you.

Important Information & Fees

Coaching sessions tend to take place less frequently than counselling; we will discuss how often you would like to work together and come to an agreement that works for us both. A typical set up might be 6-12 sessions over the course of 3-6months, but I work in a person centred way which means that the coachee leads the way and we will agree a way of working together.

The length of coaching sessions differs depending on the person and how they like to work, but are typically 60-90minutes. I also offer half day sessions (3.5hrs) as stand alone sessions - this can be helpful if you want to gain clarity or breakthrough on a single issue.

Coaching rates are as follows:

60min sessions - £100

90min sessions - £150

120min sessions - £175

Discounts are available for block bookings.

No GP or NHS referral is required - I work privately, meaning that we can start working together ASAP.
