A reminder to get moving!

It's no exaggeration to say that physical activity and being outdoors have changed my life over the past 4/5 years..

..which won't come as surprise to those of you that have been here for a while because I bang on about it all the time.

➡ Improved mood.

➡ Reduced stress.

➡ It's brought me a whole community and social life.

➡ Happy doggo (most important).

But, after the London Marathon in April I decided to take a break from structured exercise - which has been great, 5 marathons in 10months had understandably given me marathon training burnout - but it's been a struggle to get back in to any sort of routine.

I have been doing some sort of outdoor exercise for an hour/day (most days just a longer dog walk) for the past week and am already feeling the benefits. I am determined to set the habit before the dark mornings kick in!

✨Let this be your reminder that small changes add up and you can soon start to feel the positive impacts ✨
