There's still time in 2025!

People don't hire Personal Trainers because they don't know what exercises to do or what foods to eat.


You hire them because you need someone to make sure you actually do it.


The personal trainer is actually there to provide a level of accountability, keep you motivated and provide alternative ideas when things get tough.


This is what a coach does too.


Holds you accountable when you fall off track.


Helps you find new ideas or ways of doing things.


Provides encouragement and cheerleading from the side lines.


You might have a big realisation and breakthrough, then struggle to implement anything to change it - not because you don't want to, but because it feels too big or your not sure what your next steps are.


This is where I come in - every client working with me is different (in the best way), but the process follows the same pattern:


➡Identify what's getting in the way

➡Formulate an action plan

➡I support you in executing that action plan
