One of the things we talked about in my coaching studies last week was a niche, so what sets me aside from other coaches you see in your feed?
The market is somewhat saturated with coaches and therapists, what makes me different?
• I'm dual qualified; I have a counselling diploma and have been in Private Practice for 5 years now. I am also an Accredited Coach Practitioner, and working towards my Senior Practitioner qualification - this will be a level 7 certificate (most Life Coaching Diplomas that people might have done are level 5).
• I've also got a Psychology degree - if you're interested in psychoeducation and want to understand why you act in the way that you do, I can help with that.
• I've got teaching qualifications and experience - if you're looking for help narrowing down your goals and learning tangible skills and techniques to work on things like confidence or communication, I'm comfortable teaching you.
• I've lived and worked abroad so approach all of my work with cultural sensitivity and an open mind.
• Finally, I place a huge emphasis on getting outdoors and adventure in my work. I love offering Walk & Talk sessions, allowing you the opportunity to soak up the benefits of being out in nature and move forward, both physically and metaphorically!
I might not be the right coach for everyone but I do seem to attract 'my people' and I love that.
